		<description>You can retire at age 60 with 20 years but the FERS supplement calculation will give you 50% of your age 62 SSI.  Sorry for the delay in the answer.</description>

		<description>My husband and I are both USPS employees. I currently carry the insurance through APWU. Would he be able to get his own insurance through the Federal Health Plan if something happened to me? Or do I still need to carry the survivor benefit for him in order to keep him insured.</description>
